In this role you will
In this role, you will lead the branch’s performance and risk reporting, making sure information is clear, accurate, and actionable for decision-makers.
You’ll help shape reporting processes, provide meaningful insights, and improve how data is collected, analysed and presented.
By combining strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach, you’ll make it easier for the branch to monitor performance, identify risks early, and make confident decisions to deliver strategic outcomes.
Taking a portfolio-wide view, you’ll highlight trends, risks, and opportunitie s across multiple projects and programs, and provide recommendations that help the branch deliver on its strategic priorities.

About you
You are analytical and collaborative, able to turn complex data into clear, practical insights.
You take pride in delivering high-quality information that helps teams and leaders make confident, evidence-based decisions.
You work well with project teams and stakeholders, explaining findings in plain language, and are organised, calm under pressure, and committed to improving reporting processes and data quality.
You are confident using systems and tools such as SAP Equip, Power BI, or Tableau to gather, validate, and analyse data, translating complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
You build trusted relationships with stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the branch.
