Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Responsible Manager (ACL) to oversee and manage credit business operations in Australia. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations while supporting business decision-making and operational management for online small-amount lending products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the credit business in Australia.

• Participate in business decision-making and compliance management for credit products.

• Supervise and guide lending, credit assessment, and customer management activities.

• Ensure all business operations comply with applicable local financial laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field;
  OR an Australian-recognized credit industry qualification (such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an Australian licensed credit institution (e.g., lending, credit assessment, credit management).

• Experience in credit business management or compliance management preferred.

• No record of significant non-compliance or regulatory breaches.

• Preferred: Background in online small-amount lending
