You’ll ideally have: Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent 2+ years’ nursing experience, ideally including aged care Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards Understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes Strong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health conditions The confidence to coach, mentor and support care staff Strong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills A positive, collaborative approach and competent IT skills Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance   Make your next move meaningful You’ve worked hard to build your nursing career.
