• Oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with our construction team

• Liaise with brokers, agents, and clients to keep communication flowing smoothly

• Manage RFIs, progress claims, variations, and documentation submissions

• Work with builders and developers to track and advance contract milestones

• Coordinate contract exchanges and financial transactions to ensure timely, seamless outcomes

• Keep project documentation organised and easily accessible

• Maintain strong communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to align expectations

• Strong understanding of contract management principles

• Experience with property and/or construction contracts

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset and the confidence to work independently

• Creative problem-solving and “think ahead” attitude

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
