Registered Nurse - Port Noarlunga Perry Park

The role: Part time night shifts are available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (2300pm to 07:30am) for Registered Nurses to support high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group’s Residential Care Home Perry Park located at Port Noarlunga. Working closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake nursing assessments, develop care plans and coordinate reviews, ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals. What you’ll do:Conduct assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and nursing interventions for residents Support the utmost wellbeing of residents Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Enrolled Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents About You!You are a talented and passionate Nurse.
