About the Opportunity

Reporting to the District Director, the Director of Nursing - Health Service Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare services across Norseman Hospital and associated community services. This is a rewarding leadership role that offers the opportunity to influence health outcomes while supporting a multidisciplinary team in a rural setting.

In this role you will:

• • Provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership across hospital, aged care and community health services.
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and positive community health outcomes, while occasionally assisting with direct clinical service delivery, including triage, as required.
  • Oversee clinical governance, quality, safety, workforce development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage financial, human and physical resources while building strong partnerships with local communities, stakeholders and regional teams.
