Known for their polished presentation and strong reputation in the local market, they're looking for an organised, proactive Marketing Coordinator or Manager to own marketing for every property that comes through our doors. From campaign concept to the "Just Sold" mail-out.

Duties

• Take ownership of the entire marketing process for each property, from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising, marketing and external suppliers.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, campaigns and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate photography, floor plans, copywriting, virtual tours and property styling.
• Manage the production and installation of signboards, brochures, DL cards and vendor communications.
• Coordinate fortnightly magazines, e-alerts and newsletters.
• Upload and maintain accurate property listings across the CRM, realestate.com.au, Domain and other relevant portals.
• Ensure open home times, property details and online listings are accurate and kept up to date.
• Develop and coordinate engaging social media marketing campaigns.
• Prepare open home packs, inspection materials and other relevant sales collateral.
