Medical Administrator – Bone Density Scanning Support

MeasureUp brings bone mineral density scanning to anywhere in Australia via our purpose built bone buses. Our centralised Sydney CBD office runs the show and needs your help.

Your new role:

If you are an all rounder who loves a fast paced, customer focused environment then this job is for you. Day to day you will be the friendly voice on the phone to medical practices across Australia, conducting administrative support and various tasks for their bone density scan bookings. You will be working closely with our sales and relationship managers to keep everything running smoothly.

What we are looking for:

• A dependable, reliable team player who can be trusted to manage their own workload with minimal supervision

• A happy, friendly and supportive attitude with a genuine can do spirit

• Comfortable conducting remote support (full training provided)

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when logging call outcomes, scheduling or updating practice records

• An exceptional phone manner and genuine warmth when speaking with medical centre staff throughout the day

• Excellent proficiency with MS Office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems

• Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• A healthcare or customer service background is ideal, but if you think you have got what it takes without that experience, we would still love to hear from you

What you need to know:

• Stable, full time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

• We are a three minute walk from Wynyard and Martin Place train stations
