Waste & Recycling Team Member | Immediate Start | Full-Time | $32-$40

We are a well-established property management company specialising in furnished accommodation across Sydney. Our focus is on providing clean, well-maintained, and comfortable living spaces for our residents. To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Waste Collection Officer to join our team.

The Role:

Seeking a dependable team member to manage waste services across our properties. The role requires a strong work ethic, practical skills, and the ability to follow schedules while working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Put bins out for scheduled council collections and return them after collection
• Remove excess waste from properties and keep common areas tidy
• Pressure clean bin areas to maintain hygiene standards
• Monitor and report any damage, hazards, or operational issues
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently in line with company procedures

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
• Must know how to navigate maps/GPS to follow collection schedules
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory
• Experience in waste management or property maintenance (preferred but not essential)
