We have an exciting opportunity for a Storesperson to join our Supply Chain team on a full-time permanent basis.  Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Inbound (Components & Raw Materials):

• Receive deliveries, unload goods, and verify items against delivery documentation.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality, damage, and accuracy, reporting discrepancies where required.
• Accurately label, store, and record inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Supply raw materials and components to manufacturing as per production schedules.
   

Outbound (Finished Goods):

• Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for customer and distribution orders.
• Ensure orders are checked, labelled, and documented correctly before dispatch.
• Coordinate with freight providers for timely and safe delivery.
• Maintain high accuracy in order fulfilment to meet customer expectations.
   

General Warehouse Duties:

• Maintain accurate stock records through cycle counts and regular stocktakes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with WHS requirements.
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and safe at all times.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics processes.
• Support customer service by ensuring on-time, accurate, and complete deliveries.
• Undertake training in accordance with the compliance program

Skills Required: 

• Must be able to operate computer terminal
• Must be a clear communicator – written and oral
• Must be organised
• Able to work in a team Environment

Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience unloading containers.
• Experience driving a forklift and operating high reach forklift.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Experience in conducting stocktakes.

Qualifications, Certifications and Memberships Required:

• High School Certificate or equivalent
• Forklift License 

Work Arrangements or Physical Job Demands:

• Frequent lifting of cartons up to 16kg
• Occasional lifting of cartons up to 28kg (using trolley equipment or 2 person lifting)
• Frequent bending, reaching, standing, and walking
• Occasional sitting
• Manoeuvring pallets using pallet trucks or goods on trolleys
