The Role

We are seeking experienced Shift Supervisors / Duty Managers to join our team at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Sandgate.

This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume full table service environment. You’ll help build an energetic team culture, maintain service standards, and play a key role in the successful launch of this exciting new venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Support daily front-of-house operations and shift coordination
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Maintain high service, presentation, and operational standards
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
• Support training, compliance, cleanliness, and venue standards

About You

• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Positive, hands-on team player who leads by example
• Confident in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
• Committed to delivering exceptional service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
• Experience in full table service environments
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills
• Full Australian working rights

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in themed or entertainment-focused venues
• First Aid or training qualifications
