Learning Enhancement Teacher

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher to join our College community in a full time, ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2027.

Reporting to the Head of Learning Enhancement, you will be an integral member of the College’s Learning Enhancement team. You will assess student learning needs, implement evidence-based intervention programs and work collaboratively with colleagues to support students across the Middle and Senior Schools.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require: 

• Tertiary qualifications in Education.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Special or Inclusive Education, or equivalent, will be highly regarded.
• Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Experience assessing student learning needs and implementing effective intervention strategies across the middle and/or senior years.
• Knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and the effective use of technology to enrich learning.
• Well-developed classroom management skills that support student engagement and achievement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families and colleagues.
• A collaborative, organised and student-centred approach.
• A commitment to upholding the ethos and values of the College.
