We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of this vibrant property conveyancing practice.

About You:

• Prior experience as a Senior Conveyancer
• Have a magnetic personality and love nurturing relationships
• Proven experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• Excellent understanding of the Queensland Land Title Act and associated legislation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
