Junior & Experienced Finance Brokers | Employed or Com Only Opportunities

We’re looking for Junior and Experienced Finance Brokers to join our growing team.

No previous finance experience? No problem.

If you have a proven background in sales, outbound calling, lead generation or business development, and you’re confident speaking with customers over the phone, we’ll provide the training and support you need to build a successful career in finance broking.

For experienced finance brokers, we’re also open to candidates who already have a strong understanding of lending and want to take their career to the next level.

As a Finance Broker, you’ll work with customers to understand their financial needs, identify suitable lending solutions and guide them through the application process.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers

• Following up warm leads and enquiries

• Building rapport and understanding customer needs

• Identifying suitable finance opportunities

• Managing customers throughout the application process

• Working with lenders and internal teams to get deals across the line

• Maintaining strong customer relationships

• Working towards individual and team sales targets

We’re interested in people who are driven, competitive and genuinely enjoy sales.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in outbound sales, phone sales, telesales, lead generation or business development

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence speaking with customers on the phone

• A positive, resilient and results-driven attitude

• The ability to handle objections and confidently ask for the business

• Strong organisation and follow-up skills

• A desire to learn and develop your career

Finance experience is NOT essential.
