Waiting Staff

Pepe’s Italian & Liquor is a vibrant, high-energy Italian restaurant and bar in the heart of Melbourne. We’re known for our generous hospitality, classic Italian food, and lively dining atmosphere. We are looking for experienced wait staff to join our team and deliver the exceptional service Pepe’s is known for.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you’ll be the face of the dining room – ensuring every guest feels welcome, looked after, and leaves with a memorable experience. We're all about generosity, confidence, respect and energy - if that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Your tasks will include:

• Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and beverage lists

• Taking orders and liaising with kitchen and bar staff

• Serving food and beverages, opening bottles, and pouring drinks

• Clearing and resetting tables to service standards

• Processing payments through POS systems

• Recommending wines and beverages to complement the menu

About You

• Previous experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant environment

• RSA certification (essential)

• Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
