Allied Health Assistant

We're looking for an Allied Health Assistant who shares that commitment and understands that sometimes the smallest moments, helping someone walk a little further, regain confidence, or continue a treasured daily routine, can make the biggest difference.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with older people and brings our values of Courtesy and Kindness to every interaction. Someone who sees the person first, takes the time to build relationships, and believes that maintaining mobility, independence and quality of life matters at every age.

Working as part of our Allied Health and Clinical team, you'll support residents through mobility, strength, balance and wellness programs that help them remain active, engaged and living life on their own terms.

Flexible opportunities available

We're seeking applicants who are interested in either:

- 4 days per week

- 2 days at Christie Downs
- 2 days at either Croydon Park or St Peters

- OR 2 days per week at a single site (Please indicate your preferred location(s) and availability in your application)

About You
You'll be someone who:

- Values dignity, choice and person-centred care
- Loves working with older people and building genuine relationships
- Is passionate about supporting mobility, functional movement and independence
- Brings warmth, patience and encouragement to your work
- Demonstrates Courtesy and Kindness in every interaction
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Holds relevant Allied Health Assistant qualifications or is studying in a related  health discipline
