CORPORATE COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR – TOWNSVILLE – LEADING NORTH QUEENSLAND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM (JOB ID 1662)

This opportunity sits within a growing professional services environment where you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely corporate compliance services, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients across a broad range of ASIC and regulatory matters.
The Role:
Prepare and lodge ASIC documentation including company changes, director updates, share transfers and deregistrations
Manage company and trust formations, including ATO registrations and related documentation
Prepare and coordinate trust deed amendments and corporate compliance documentation
Maintain compliance registers and databases using CAS 360 and related systems
Prepare Annual Company Statement packs and associated compliance correspondence
Liaise with clients, ASIC and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters and documentation requirements
Support the wider team with corporate compliance administration and regulatory queries
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, systems and internal processes
About You:
3–5+ years’ experience in a corporate compliance, legal administration or professional services administration role
Strong understanding of ASIC compliance processes and company administration requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and high level organisational capability
Ability to interpret regulations and apply compliance procedures accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client service approach
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work autonomously
Experience using CAS 360 or similar compliance software highly regarded
Strong Microsoft Office capability and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
