We are currently hiring for multiple roles, including:

• CFA Piling Rig Operators
• Piling Offsiders / Labourers
• Supervisors / Leading Hands

You will play a key role within our piling crews, working across a variety of civil, commercial, and infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.

Depending on your experience and position, responsibilities may include:

• Operating CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piling rigs safely and efficiently
• Installing CFA piles in accordance with engineering specifications
• Monitoring concrete flow and pile integrity during installation
• Assisting with piling operations and site set-up
• Conducting pre-starts and daily machinery safety checks
• Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting defects
• Working closely with engineers, supervisors, operators, and crew members
• Following WHS requirements and site procedures at all times

• Previous experience in piling, civil, or infrastructure projects
• VOCs / relevant tickets for plant or piling equipment (where applicable)
• White Card (essential)
• Strong understanding of safe work practices
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to work across Sydney Metro projects
