• Coordinate and deliver projects that improve compliance capability, operational effectiveness and the achievement of program objectives.
• Develop intelligence products and risk assessments that support compliance operations and strategic program priorities.
• Assess Human-Assisted Movement risks associated with significant Red Imported Fire Ant detections and provide recommendations to support regulatory and operational responses.
• Support the planning, coordination and evaluation of targeted compliance operations and initiatives across the program.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and ways of working, and contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement activities.
• Provide technical advice, guidance and mentoring to team members to build capability in reporting, intelligence and project delivery practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share insights and support the successful delivery of compliance and biosecurity outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic planning activities, ensuring compliance and intelligence functions align with organisational priorities and legislative requirements.
This role will suit a highly organised and analytical professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate complex information clearly and build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in compliance, intelligence, risk analysis, reporting, project coordination or operational planning will be highly regarded.
