Leading Hand Mechanical Fitter

Pearl Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Leading Hand Mechanical Fitter! This position will be joining our client in their East Rockingham workshop and yard!
  
About the role:
This position is perfect for someone who is looking to transition away from being on the tools, and into a leadership role. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Maintain hygiene of the yard and workshop
• Fitting of mining components
• Eventually be responsible for coordination the workshop staff (approx. 20)

Requirements:

• Mechanical Fitter trade certificate
• Forklift Ticket
• HR DL and car (no public transport)
• Ability to pass medical and Drug & Alcohol
• Able to coordinate and support the yard
• Excellent communication skills

Further details:
Rate of pay: $62/hr + Super
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: East Rockingham
Commencement: ASAP
