Customer Service Manager - Sydney

This is not your average desk job. You'll be the trusted point of contact for ANZ clients, help keep products moving smoothly behind the scenes, and lend a hand with local marketing initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Customer Service: Be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering warm, solution-focused support.
• Supply Chain & Office Support: Coordinate orders and stock, liaise with freight partners, and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
• Marketing: Support local marketing campaigns and customer communications.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong customer service, client relations, or account management experience.
• Exposure to supply chain, order fulfilment, or general office operations.
• An adaptable, can-do attitude and an interest in marketing.
• Background in agriculture or agribusiness is a bonus, not essential.
