Casual Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking casual cleaners to join our growing team.

We have a variety of cleaning work available across Sydney, with opportunities for ongoing casual work for the right people.

• New build and post-construction cleaning
• Builders and handover cleans
• Deep cleaning
• General residential cleaning
• Office and commercial cleaning
• Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas
• Internal and external windows, glass, floors and surface cleaning

• High attention to detail and care in your work
• Willing to travel to different job locations across Sydney
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Good time management and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Previous cleaning experience particularly builders or deep cleaning
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work
• Able to take initiative with jobs when on sites
• White card highly considered
• Personal ABN

Some jobs may involve early starts, full-day shifts or after-hours work, depending on the project and location.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently complete cleaning tasks and allocated work to a high standard.
• Follow job scopes, instructions and cleaning checklists.
• Manage workload and time effectively to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
• Problem-solve and use initiative when unexpected issues arise on site.
• Work independently while also communicating and coordinating effectively with the team.
• Identify areas requiring additional attention and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Take responsibility for completing assigned work and ensuring all tasks are finalised.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies and report any issues when required.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and maintain a professional attitude on all job sites

Skill & Experience

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, including builders cleans, deep cleans, residential or commercial cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Physically capable of completing hands-on cleaning duties.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel to job locations across Sydney.
