The Curiosity Approach is dedicated to empowering educators to embrace a pedagogical shift that prioritises curiosity, creativity, and holistic development. Through their modern day pedagogy, training, resources and community, they have inspired the Sesame Lane Regency Street team to become the first service in Queensland to obtain their Accreditation. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Professionals in a beautiful setting which nurtures wonder and curiosity.

The Role

We are looking for someone holds their early childhood degree to join our team and work alongside our terrific Kindergarten Team and supportive team of Educators.

This exceeding service in Kippa-Ring  is a truly collaborative environment with access to amazing support streams.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

• A Growth Mindset,

• A love of learning,

• Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,

• Suitable qualifications for the role,

• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,

• Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the box.

• An ability to support online learning journey tools.

• Passion for implementing sustainable practices.
