High Voltage Operators and Maintenance Technician

Monadelphous is currently seeking high voltage operators and high voltage maintenance technicians to support our services team to provide high voltage switching and maintenance services for various projects.

Candidates who are actively developing their skills and experience within high‑voltage networks are encouraged to apply.

What you will bring

Ideal candidates will have qualifications and experience including:

• Electrical trade qualification: Cert III Electrotechnology or ESI Lineworker/Cable Jointer
• High Voltage Switching qualification
• General Induction - White Card
• NSW Drivers License
• Experience with maintaining HV equipment

Potential to train and upskill successful applicants in:

• Performing maintenance tasks on high voltage equipment
• Testing and commissioning of primary plant - CTs, VTs, switchgear, transformers and HV cables
• Testing and commissioning secondary systems such as protection relays
• Performing High Voltage operating work on extensive networks 11kV - 33kV
