• Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance
• Length of Contract: 12 with 2 x 12 months extension possibility

• Location: Russell Offices, Canberra ACT

Skills, qualifications and experience required:

• Regular review and updates of existing PKI related artefacts principally the core PKI and Gatekeeper endorsed PKI documentation set of the Certificate Practice Statement (CPS) and all related x509 Certificate Policies (CP).
• Liaise with projects seeking PKI support through meetings and documentation review.
• Maintain awareness of emerging PKI, cryptographic and security trends, and ensure rapid uplift of knowledge and practices to support compliance requirements.
• Become a PKI Operator to support escorting activities and ensure compliance with No Lone Zone access requirements, including associated controls and operational assurance measures.
• Assist with preparation for the yearly audit of the PKI, typically completing a full review of all PKI related artefacts
• Liaise with business areas and related projects to ensure compliance to all policies and expected capabilities are met
• Support as directed by the PKI Operations Manager

The establishment and oversight of an organisation's approach to the use of Information systems and digital services, and associated technology, in line with the needs of the principal stakeholders of the organisation and overall organisational corporate governance requirements. The determination and accountability for evaluation of current and future needs; directing the planning for both supply and demand of these services; the quality, characteristics, and level of IT services; and for monitoring the conformance to obligations (including regulatory, legislation, control, and other standards) to ensure positive contribution of IT to the organisation's goals and objectives.
GOVN Level 5:
Reviews current and proposed information systems for compliance with the organisation's obligations (including legislation, regulatory, contractual and agreed standards/policies) and adherence to overall strategy. Provides specialist advice to those accountable for governance to correct compliance issues.
