Head of Managed Services

About the role

Bremmar is seeking an experienced people, technology and service leader to join the Leadership Team and take ownership of the performance, culture, and future direction of its Managed Services function. This is a senior leadership role that operates closely connected to service delivery. You will lead the full Managed Services operation, remain closely connected to day-to-day performance, stepping in where leadership, prioritisation, or operational direction is required. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work within the Bremmar Leadership Team to contribute to company strategy, lead organisational improvement, and build a scalable Managed Services operation that supports continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Managed Service delivery environment

• Ensure operational performance, service standards, appropriate resourcing and financial outcomes

• Lead, coach, and develop the Managed Services team leaders

• Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability

• Improve systems, processes, and scalability with modern practices to support Bremmar's growth

• Ensure that the Managed Services function evolves with future client and industry needs

• Ensure the right people, accountabilities, systems, and processes are in place so that technical issues are resolved effectively and clients receive a consistently high standard of service

About you

• Demonstrated success in building an exceptional IT team of 5 - 15 people

• Strong people leadership, commercial judgement and operational management skills

• The ability to balance strategic leadership with practical operational involvement

• A track record of improving service quality, efficiency, accountability and profitability

• Ready to contribute to the future of Bremmar as part of its Leadership Team
