Recruitment Consultant – Infrastructure

Naavi Consulting is a specialist recruitment and Executive Search firm working across Australia's transport, energy and water infrastructure sectors. We partner with contractors, engineering consultancies, operators and client-side organisations across permanent, contract and retained search.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build your own specialist market within a growing recruitment business, working directly alongside the Directors and benefiting from established relationships across Australia's infrastructure sector.

You'll manage the full recruitment process, developing relationships with candidates, supporting existing clients and progressively building your own client network. You'll work across professional and technical appointments ranging from specialist engineering and project delivery positions through to senior leadership and executive search.

We don't operate a high-volume recruitment model. Our focus is on understanding the market, building genuine relationships and becoming trusted advisers to the people and organisations we work with.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing permanent and contract recruitment assignments.

• Identifying and approaching candidates through direct headhunting and market mapping.

• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

• Developing a strong understanding of your specialist infrastructure market.

• Managing interviews, offers and recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Supporting existing accounts while developing new client relationships.

• Providing clients and candidates with genuine market intelligence and advice.

About You

We're open to different levels of experience.

You may already be working in recruitment and looking for more autonomy and a clearer opportunity to build your own market, or you may come from a sales or relationship-driven environment and be interested in developing a career in specialist recruitment.

You'll need to be confident communicating with people, commercially minded, proactive and genuinely interested in building relationships.

Experience within recruitment, engineering, construction or infrastructure would be advantageous.
