Corporate/Capital Markets Lawyer or Associate

About the role:

• Expand your experience in capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency and reconstructions and more!
• Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years' PQE in regulated M&A and/or ECM from a recognised corporate team or firm. Previous capital markets experience is essential for this role. 
• Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
• Excellent commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
