About the role
We’re looking for an experienced PEP VET Pathways & Implementation Manager to play a senior implementation role within the Powering Educator Pipelines (PEP) program.
PEP is an innovative workforce initiative designed to support industry experts to transition into sustainable careers as vocational education and training (VET) educators. The program aims to help address critical workforce shortages in the energy sector and build the educator capability required to support Australia’s transition to a net zero future.
You will translate the PEP model into a coherent, practical and high-quality educator pathway spanning participant readiness, training, transition, mentoring, supported practice and progression. You will guide a team or act as the VET practitioner to ensure the program remains aligned with project objectives and industry needs.
This role offers an opportunity to help address workforce challenges in the energy sector and support Australia’s transition to net zero. Working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders, you will contribute to strengthening the organisation’s position as a thought leader in energy skills and training.
