FOH Supervisor

One Sneaky Cheetah is on the hunt for FOH Supervisor at our Melrose Park venue. If you’re looking for a casual role where you can make an impact and grow with an exciting, fast-paced business, we want to hear from you.

FOH Supervisor (Food and Beverage Attendant Level 4)

Alongside the usual FOH crew duties, like providing an outstanding customer experience, maintaining venue cleanliness, restocking, cutting pizzas, and prepping boxes, you’ll take on additional duties as the FOH Supervisor, such as:

• Managing customer satisfaction

• Managing rosters and labour cost

• Running trial shifts and undertaking new staff orientation and training

• Upholding quality control standards

• Undertaking opening & closing procedures

• Ordering as per schedule

• Basic online reporting

• Must be available weekends from 4:30pm

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality (supervisory experience a bonus)

• Friendly, clear communicator with top customer service skills

• Organised, reliable, and cool under pressure

• Confident leader who lifts others up

• RSA
