About the Role
You will be joining a high-performing Corporate Tax team that provides tailored advice and insights across all aspects of corporate taxation. Working within a fast-growing, successful team, your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will be highly valued.
The team specialises in helping clients manage complex tax challenges including tax audits, international tax issues, corporate governance obligations, and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements encompassing relationship management, tax compliance and advisory, with focus on:
- International tax matters
- M&A transactions
- IPO transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying growth opportunities
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Support continuous improvement in tax compliance and process-based activities
- Coach, support and develop team members
Required Skills and Experience
- University degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Commerce, Legal or related discipline
- CA/CPA, CTA or other relevant industry accreditation(s)
- Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in corporate tax and advisory (ideally in a public practice environment)
- Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Previous experience in leading, coaching and mentoring team members
