Brand & Packaging Designer

We’re looking for a mid–senior Brand & Packaging Designer to lead packaging design across our product range — from concept through to production.You’ll create packaging that is consistent, considered, and on-brand, working closely with design, product, and marketing teams to bring products to life.
What You’ll DoDesign packaging across multiple product ranges (dielines, mock-ups, final artwork)Translate brand direction into strong, scalable packaging systemsCollaborate with product and marketing teams on new ranges and campaignsMaintain packaging guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all formatsStay across packaging trends, materials, and retail innovation
What You’ll Bring5–8+ years’ design experience, ideally packaging / FMCG / product focusedStrong print production and packaging knowledgeExcellent typography, layout, and brand design skillsConfident using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Experience taking work from concept through to productionStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project
Nice to HaveExperience in retail, homewares, lifestyle, or fashionKnowledge of sustainable packagingBasic 3D/mock-up skills (CAD or Figma a bonus)
