We're expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused pharmacist to join a progressive medical centre pharmacy in Melbourne's Bayside / South East suburbs, roughly 35 minutes from the CBD.

This is a permanent full-time role, though we'll consider part-time for the right person. Salary is above award and negotiable based on experience.

You'll work directly alongside the owners in a supportive team that's genuinely committed to high-quality care and to building out our professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary workflow and allocate tasks effectively

• Provide expert primary healthcare advice

• Support and expand our professional services offering

• Deliver funded health programs and vaccination services

• Webster packing and aged care services

• Medicinal cannabis dispensing

• No methadone services

What You'll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

• Community pharmacy experience preferred

• Positive, motivated, reliable and flexible approach

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Computer proficiency; FRED Dispense and POS Works experience advantageous

• Vaccination accreditation highly regarded

• Availability for alternating weekends and evening shifts until 7:00pm on a rotating roster
