As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the development of our people and build a world-class learning culture across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead the Jetpets Excellence Hub, owning the end-to-end training and capability framework that supports over 100 employees across multiple locations.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and continuously improving our learning pathways, onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives and compliance training frameworks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, building capability and driving organisational performance through effective learning systems.

Importantly, you won't be expected to personally deliver all training. Instead, you'll work closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts and external providers to ensure learning programs are effective, engaging and aligned to business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the Jetpets Excellence Hub across Australia and New Zealand.

• Develop role-based learning pathways and competency frameworks.

• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, operational and leadership development programs.

• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and workforce development opportunities.

• Maintain training records, certifications and audit-ready documentation.

• Monitor training outcomes and workforce capability metrics.

• Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

• Coordinate training requirements and industry accreditations.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, learning and professional development.

What We're Looking For

You may come from Learning & Development, Training, HR, Organisational Development or Workforce Capability.

You'll bring:

• Experience managing training or learning programs across multiple locations.

• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.

• Experience developing learning frameworks, competency models or capability programs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Strong capacity to contribute to content creation and development

• Strong reporting and analytical capability.

• A passion for helping people succeed and organisations grow.

Bonus points for experience in aviation, logistics, transport, customer service, compliance-driven environments or regulated industries.
