NPI Maintenance Coordinator

Are you an experienced LV Mechanical Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator or Project Coordinator looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an experienced NPI Services Coordinator to support the safe and reliable operation of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI), light vehicle workshops, dewatering systems and minor plant across a large-scale lithium mining operation.

Reporting to the NPI Superintendent, you'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance and projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring supervisors and trades have everything in place to execute work safely, efficiently and on schedule. This is a coordination-focused role with no direct reports, allowing you to concentrate on planning, stakeholder engagement and delivering maintenance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities across NPI assets, LV mechanical workshops, dewatering infrastructure and minor plant
• Work closely with Supervisors, Planners, Vendors and Site Stakeholders to ensure work scopes, materials, labour and equipment are ready for execution
• Coordinate OEMs and contractors, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost expectations are achieved
• Manage infrastructure and facilities projects from planning through to completion
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, defect elimination and maintenance process optimisation
• Build strong working relationships across operations, technical services and contractor partners
• Provide Supervisor and Superintendent relief coverage when required

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong LV mechanical maintenance mining industry background 
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or maintaining mine dewatering systems
• Previous experience in an NPI, Maintenance Coordination, Projects or Supervisory position
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across maintenance and project activities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
• SAP experience highly regarded
• Full Australian working rights
