We're looking for a reliable Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team, helping assemble RF cables, coaxial cable components, antennas, and other electronic products. What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembly Worker, you'll play an important role in delivering quality products to our customers by:

✅ Assembling RF cables, antennas, and electronic components with precision and care

✅ Working with small components and following written procedures and technical drawings

✅ Completing repeatable assembly tasks to a consistently high standard

✅ Ensuring every order is accurate and meets quality requirements

✅ Maintaining production flow while upholding quality standards

✅ Identifying and correcting errors before they become larger issues

✅ Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe

✅ Following Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, organised, and enjoys practical, hands-on work.

You'll bring:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

• Experience with coaxial cables, RF components, antennas, soldering, or electronic assembly (highly regarded)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and procedure

• A positive attitude towards repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and productivity

• Good organisational skills and pride in maintaining a tidy work are

• A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to a positive workplace cultur

• Sound understanding of WHS requirements in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is advantageous
