St Brigid Bar + Kitchen, Doubleview’s buzzing local is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our small but mighty kitchen team. With our Head Chef Dan set to leave Perth in a few month this is an opportunity for either an experienced Head Chef or a senior Sous Chef who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You’ll be punching out a delicious concise menu feeding our loyal locals as well as catering for small functions and creating one off menus for special in-house events.

You will bring confidence in running all sections of the kitchen, be an approachable leader, be genuinely passionate about what you put on the plate and can get excited by the opportunity to support the bar team with their cocktail programme. 

You’ll have at a minimum 5 years’ experience in the kitchen, know your way around a computer, can talk numbers with the boss and enjoy being part of the action with the open plan kitchen adjacent to the bar.

Open 6 days a week, a mix of day prep and night service shifts, and the beach just down the road you can have a life as well! Salary $90k-100k + Super + bonuses
