Delivery Driver and Installer

We’re seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Delivery & Installation Driver to join our Transport team! The primary goal of this position is to manage our current 4.5-tonne electric truck while actively preparing and demonstrating the potential to transition into operating larger heavy vehicles within our fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career within the transport and logistics industry!

Based out of our logistics hub, you will be the face of our business, ensuring high-value products are transported safely and installed to the highest standards, all while delivering a world-class customer experience.

As a Delivery & Installation Driver You'll:

• Safely and efficiently operate a modern 4.5-tonne electric truck.
• Organise, load, and complete daily delivery routes in an efficient and timely manner.
• Perform professional, high-quality installation of various products at delivery sites, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Securely and safely handle high-value items, including whitegoods, fitness equipment, and furniture.
• Complete all required daily operational documentation accurately.
• Ensure vehicles are properly unloaded, cleaned, and maintained at the base at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting peers and looking for ways to improve processes.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules, regulations, and company Code of Conduct policies.

You'll have:

• A current, clean, and valid standard Australian open car licence.
• The physical capability and confidence to handle heavy, high-value inventory alongside basic tool usage for product installations.
• An enthusiastic customer focus ethic with great communication skills.
• A proactive, "can-do" approach and a strong team-player mindset.
• High attention to detail and good IT literacy to manage route data and systems.
• The ambition and drive to learn, grow, and eventually transition into operating larger heavy vehicles.
