Automotive Accessory Fitter

We’re looking for a highly motivated Accessory Fitter with an eye for detail to join our team at Motorama. Our successful candidate will be able to consistently and efficiently fit accessories to vehicles prior to delivery to our Dealerships.

What you'll be doing:

• Fit a wide range of genuine vehicle accessories including bull bars, tow bars, roof racks, side steps, lighting, and electrical components

• Install automotive electrical accessories such as reverse cameras, dash cams, UHF radios, and trailer wiring

• Carry out pre-delivery accessory fitments on new and used vehicles to a high standard

• Read and interpret fitting instructions, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications

• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure all accessories are correctly installed and fully functional

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment

• Work collaboratively with the workshop and pre-delivery teams to meet deadlines

To work with us, we’re looking for:

• Manual driver's licence

• Experience in a similar role, including accessory heavy fitment to various makes and models (i.e. fitting bull bars and trays)

• High attention to detail and pride in your work

• A complete and up to date tool kit

• Full Australian work rights

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
