The Role

We are looking for an experienced practice nurse to join our team. To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate an ability to work independently and within a small team, show initiative and flexibility, and maintain strict confidentiality. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments

• Immunisation

• Wound Care

• Ear syringing

• Minor Procedures

• Recalls

• ECG's 

• Cold chain vaccine management

• Ordering stock and vaccines

• General Practice support

Skills and Experience:

• Current AHPRA registration

• Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential

• Capacity to multitask, prioritise, and good time management

• Must be proactive with a can-do positive attitude

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Prior General Practice nursing experience is required

• Computer literate

• Experience with Best Practice software desirable
