What you'll be doing?

Supervising and coordinating electrical teams — Leading and coordinating the work of electrical teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards.

Carrying out complex electrical work — Performing intricate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across a diverse range of projects and client environments.

Interpreting electrical drawings — Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics to plan and execute work with accuracy and confidence.

Liaising with clients — Communicating proactively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships throughout each engagement.

Ensuring compliance and safety — Upholding all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards on every job to maintain a safe working environment for the team and clients alike.

Mentoring junior electricians — Supporting the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Maintaining records and reporting — Keeping detailed and accurate records of work performed and providing progress reports as required to support project management and accountability.
Who are we looking for?

Qualified Electrician with valid licence — A current Electrical Licence and a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience are essential for this role.
