Bar & Hospitality All-Rounder

We’re looking for an experienced Bar & Hospitality All-Rounder who loves great drinks, great service and looking after people. You’ll work across both the bar and floor, from making cocktails, pouring wine and pulling beers to taking orders, running food and engaging with our regulars. It’s a hands-on role in a small, close-knit team where personality, reliability and genuine hospitality are just as important as your bar skills.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid bar and/or restaurant experience

• Is confident with wine, beer and cocktails

• Genuinely enjoys looking after people

• Can work both behind the bar and on the floor

• Brings personality and energy without losing professionalism

• Works well as part of a small team

• Can handle a busy service while remaining calm and organised

• Understands that great hospitality is about more than simply taking an order

• Is reliable and available for regular evening and weekend work

The Unicorn is a relaxed neighbourhood wine bar with a loyal local following. Our focus is simple: good food, interesting wine, quality drinks and friendly, unpretentious service.

We're not looking for scripted hospitality. We want someone who can read the room, have a conversation, remember a regular's drink and help create the warm neighbourhood feel we're known for.
