This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the thick of the action, managing files end-to-end, staying on top of deadlines and keeping transactions moving efficiently.

Overview:

We’re seeking experienced conveyancers skilled across all areas, ready to join a smart, fully remote team.

You will be responsible for:

• Review and prepare Contracts of Sale and Section 32s

• Conduct necessary searches and enquiries

• Manage files from start to settlement

• Liaise with clients over phone or video calls

• Ensure a smooth and timely settlement process

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and legal support

Job requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing

• A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working in a paperless, tech-enabled environment

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• A genuine team player ready to contribute and grow
