Building Foreman / Site Manager - Internal & Facade - Luxury Three Storey Home

The project relates to a two storey plus basement dwelling with various amenities including, Gymnasium, Pool, Wellness retreat, Cinema Room. The house is featured with custom glazed assemblies, automated systems and detailed internal finishes. The structure is complete and handover will be provided to the candidate. 

Commission and interpretation of detailed shop drawings relating typically to RCP’s, Joinery, Stone, Flooring, Architectural Plastering, Glazing & Balustrade Detail. 

Liaison with consultants, subcontractors & suppliers. Some items are procured internationally and would require strict liaison with relevant parties. 

Ability to establish a construction program and ensure adherence to program. Reporting back to CM & Director with respect to program and critical milestones. 

Quality Assurance & Compliance Reviews. 

Document Control is a Must and important. 

Interpretation of detailed facade drawings and ensure contractors in strict compliance. The candidate will be responsible for critical stage inspections at certain hold points. 

The candidate will be responsible for setting FFL’s, Ceiling Grids, Inspection of waterproofed areas and ensuring technical compliance. QA checks on all subcontractors. 

Review and application of all service (Mechanical, Electrical & Hydraulic) drawings and specifications. Application and strict execution of all detailed drawings. 

Candidate is also responsible for the procurement of certain detailed items and subcontractors including a cost comparison. 

The candidate is required to work 5 and a half days per week. Saturday - Work ceases midday unless required to complete a full day or as the project requires.  Project is located in Strathfield NSW.
