Fox & Lillie operates two core businesses in wool. Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business. Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 15 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.

About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Operator to work at our Melton Wool Store. This position is ideal for someone wanting to utilise or build their wool experience in a Wool Store environment.

The role is casual with the potential to go full-time for the right candidate. Shifts are Monday to Friday hours between 07.00am – 03:30pm and includes:

•        General wool store operations

•        Machine operating

•        General machine maintenance

•        Wool handing

•        Daily accurate receivals, testing and shipping of wool

•        Forklift Operations

•        Ongoing Career Opportunities and training available for motivated individuals

•     Physical hands-on role

About you
The successful candidate:

• has a can-do attitude and is team player.

• is physically fit, punctual, on time and reliable.

• has attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• brings great communication skills.

• will have a desire to join a team and contribute.

• has or can obtain a Forklift Licence (current and up to date licence with experience preferred)

• ideally has a Wool classing or Wool handling experience (highly desirable) or is keen and willing to learn

Must have Australian Work Rights for ongoing employment, selected candidate will undergo full pre-employment medical assessment and police check.
