ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:

• Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

• Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service

• Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

• Coach and mentor your team

• Provide stock feedback and manage inventory

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams.

You will have:

• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example

• A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom-line profits

• High level of communication skills with an ability to build positive and productive relationships
