Avant Stone is one of Australia's leading suppliers of premium natural stone and porcelain, working with architects, interior designers, builders, stonemasons and homeowners on some of the country's most prestigious residential and commercial projects.

As our Sydney branch continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career within the building and design industry.

About the Role

This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales support and administration. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, assisting with enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating samples and supporting our sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with builders, architects, designers and homeowners, helping bring their projects to life with some of the world's most beautiful stone slabs & tiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom customers.

• Respond to phone, email and online enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders and customer documentation.

• Coordinate and dispatch product samples.

• Follow up customer enquiries and quotations.

• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Maintain the presentation of the showroom and sample displays.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.

About You

• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with customers.

• Available to work on Saturday.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

• Interested in architecture, interiors, construction or design (highly regarded but not essential).
