As a Internal Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:Handling sales order entry to ensure smooth operations.Sourcing products for clients to meet their requirements.Managing credits and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.Utilising the CRM system to enter clients information accurately.Responding to customers enquiries via email and phone and providing helpful assistance.Proactively following up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Assisting with backorder management through effective communication with clients.Resolving complaints and errors in a professional and efficient manner.
