• Marine operations, including reviewing Marine movements (pilotage), Mooring, Operations plans, Cargo operations
• Assist the Commercial team in the production and review of Marine Operational documents for customers
• Assist Masters and crew with operational guidance and risk assessments
• Build a network of contacts and relationships with local Port Authorities, Government Departments and Charterers to be able to facilitate discussion around the enhancement of CSL vessel operations
• Assist Project team with review of marine matters in ship’s plan for new build and new business projects
• Commercial interaction and customer relations, attend meetings to report on Marine Operational matters.

• Understand Self Unloading Material Handling Systems
• Customer focus
• Ability to work in a team and provide cover for colleagues as required
• Proficient computer skills & in-depth knowledge of MS office, Powerpoint and especially Excel Ability to communicate and coordinate with all departments within the company
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and people management
