About the role
Subway - Store Manager
We are looking for someone who’s interested in being fully responsible with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll be the reason guests keep coming back!
About The Role
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time. You will be dedicated to seeing the store succeed and ensure both our guests and your team are met with a positive experience.
Duties
Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the storeProvide a great training experience of onboarding team membersMonitor stock levels and product wastageManaging deliveriesEnsuring health and safety standards are upheld with the storeRosteringDeveloping plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
Skills And Experience
Previous leadership experience in Retail or HospitalityAbility to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changeGreat communication skillsAbility to lead a team environment Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks
